Description

Stained glass window dedicated to Charles C. Parker and Sarah Taylor Parker. Charles Parker was the son of Rev. Edward L. Parker. Edward Parker served as the pastor of the church for forty years, from 1810-1850. Charles and Sarah Parker were known to have been very active in the church and also very caring towards those in their community. Charles died in 1869 and Sarah died in 1880. The window includes the symbols of an anchor and a Bible. The anchor often represents a symbol of hope and strength.
